INTRODUCTION
Life in your twenties in these dynamic and fast pace times is no joke. You start realizing that a major chapter of your life has come to an end and another one has just begun, and looking around to check what the others are up to makes it worse.
Some of your friends are moving to a different country, some are starting with their business, some moving up in the office hierarchy and some starting their own family.
Looking at all of this can be quite overwhelming especially when you are not in any of these phases of life at the moment and are still trying to figure yourself out, it could lead you towards constantly questioning yourself on, “Where is my life leading towards? Why am I not there yet? Will I ever be able to get there? Am I not on the right track? Should I have done things differently? So on and so forth. There are times where you start questioning your own worth and nothing seems to work in your favor.
These are the times when you need someone to show you the light, to come out of the darkness that starts to consume your mind.
I too, went through this phase in my life, where nothing seemed to work out, and self-doubt started eating me up. That is when with the help of her NLP sessions, I was able to re-strengthen my thinning confidence and start making my life purposeful again.
Soon enough, I felt that if these techniques can help me in navigating through the tough waters, then why can it not be of help to others as well? Since all the people my age are going through the same problems as I once did, and are looking for way out just the way I did.
Thus, I bring to you “Whispering Tranquility”, a space where I share with you my personal experiences as to how NLP came as a boon in my life and also talk about how you could incorporate these techniques to make your world a happier place for you to live in.
